Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other U.S. states, you have the right to direct NewDay Property Services, LLC("NewDay") not to "sell" or "share" your personal information. This page explains those rights and lets you record your preference.
01 Our Position on "Selling" and "Sharing"
NewDay does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We collect personal information only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy— operating leases, processing payments, dispatching maintenance, supporting residents, and complying with the law.
Even though we do not engage in either practice, certain state privacy laws still give you the right to record an opt-out preference. We honor that preference globally on this site.

03 If You Are an Authorized Agent
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. Agents must provide written authorization signed by the consumer, and we may verify the consumer's identity directly before processing the request. Send agent requests to [email protected] with the subject line "Authorized Agent — Do Not Sell/Share Request."

05 Verification
For email and mail requests, we may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary to confirm the request is legitimately from you (or your authorized agent). For requests submitted through this page, no verification is required because the preference applies only to your own browser.
06 Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights, except where allowed by law.
