When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply per your lease and state law (typically after the 5th).
What if I have a maintenance emergency?
Call our 24/7 line at 1-734-252-6655 or submit an EMERGENCY ticket via the portal. We dispatch within 4 hours.
How do I get a copy of my lease?
Sign in to the tenant portal and visit Receipts & Documents — your full lease and addenda are there.
Can I set up auto-pay?
Yes. From the portal, choose Pay Rent → enable Auto-Pay. ACH is free; card payments include a small Stripe processing fee.
